    Highly recommended! We weren't wrong! As with most groups of strangers, it started out a little quiet but by the time we had all worked together on the meal, and drank a little Chianti, we were laughing and having a great time. The Tuscan farmhouse was located on top of a beautiful hill overlooking Florence and was breathtaking! Happy travels!

    You are invited to join Giuliana and her team for a tasting after the class. Artichokes have enormous health benefits and taste truly wonderful. It is purely a recipe book and does not contain pictures. Additionally, we are taking what we love to do - cooking and building community - on the road this year.
